Responsibilities

1. Oversee and lead the Safety team & subcontractors in the implementation of Company’s safety systems at sites.
2. Inspect and examine the workplace to ensure workplace safety compliance.
3. Identify safety and environmental health non-compliance and recommend measures to rectify.
4. Liaise with authorities and clients on matters pertaining to environmental and workplace safety issues.
5. Liaise closely with site operations staff and Project Managers on all safety and health issues.
6. Conduct and organize internal/external WSH trainings for staff.
7. Conduct incident investigations and propose corrective actions.
8. Review OHSMS and provide recommendations for improvement of safety.
9. Conduct regular inspections and audits on the safety provisions.
10. Conduct, review, and submit Risk Assessments.
11. Prepare safe work procedures for site activities.

Requirements

1. Specialist Diploma in WSH.
2. Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in the construction industry.
3. Possess a valid registration with MOM.
4. Experience in HDB or Private Residential projects.
