Safety Officer / Coordinator

1. Implementing SMS for the company.
2. Updating Risk Management Plan and OSH Policy for the Organisation.
3. Conducting Tool-Box Meetings and regular PPE inspections for workers before carrying out activities.
4. Analyzing hazards and reviewing Risk Assessment & SWP when required.
5. Preparing and calculating lifting plans for heavy lifting operations.
6. Conducting safety training.
7. Conducting incident & accident investigations and analysis, preparing reports, and implementing safety control measures.
8. Preparing and updating Safe Management Measures (SMM) Plan in compliance with the latest Covid-19 rules & regulations as the Safe Management Officer (SMO).
9. Monitoring the movement of hazardous substances and keeping records of SDS.
10. Preparing safety documents for new sites when required to submit.
11. Preferred: P.R. or Singaporean.
