Enforce workplace safety and health (WSH) regulations and company safety policies at PSA ports.
Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
Lead incident investigations, document findings, and recommend preventive measures to minimise workplace risks.
Assist in the preparation and updating of safety manuals, procedures, and reports.
Serve as a point of contact for safety-related inquiries and concerns.
Organise and conduct safety briefings, toolbox meetings, and training sessions to promote a strong safety culture.
Ensure compliance with all relevant safety laws, including MOM, WSH Act, PSA’s safety regulations, and ISO 45001:2018.
Work closely with drivers, ground crew, and operational teams to enhance safe work practices.
Liaise with regulatory bodies, PSA authorities, and internal stakeholders on safety-related matters.
Maintain records and documentation related to safety incidents, audits, and training sessions.
Champion safety initiatives and continuous improvements in workplace health and safety standards.
Experience in a safety-related role, preferably in logistics.
Good communication skills, with the ability to engage and educate workers from diverse backgrounds.
Proactive, observant, and able to respond quickly to safety concerns.
Willing to be stationed at PSA ports and work in a dynamic operational environment.
Strong documentation skills and attention to detail, ensuring accurate reporting and record-keeping.
