Safety & Facilities Supervisor (Warehouse)

Job Description

1. Organize and lead a team of warehouse assistants to ensure warehouse and office maintenance jobs comply with safety regulations and SOP.
2. Oversee facilities of the building.
3. Implement work plan, risk assessment, and safe workplace procedures.
4. Coordinate and monitor appropriate workplace safety measures.
5. Conduct regular warehouse inspections and audits in the area of safety and pest control and take appropriate corrective action.
6. Advise on work plan, risk assessment, safe work procedures, hygiene standards, etc., to ensure compliance of operations with Workplace Safety & Health Environment.
7. Maintain mandatory records and other documentation.
8. Ensure preventive maintenance is carried out according to plan.
9. Arrange contractors for maintenance and repair works.
10. Record temperature and humidity records.
11. Pest management.
12. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/'O' Level in any field.
2. At least 1 year of HSE related field experience required for this position.
3. Candidates MUST possess WSG Biz Safe Level 2 or equivalent certifications.
4. Working location: Tuas (Transportation provided to and from Tuas West Road MRT station)
