Safety Coordinator (West / $4000)

Job Details

Work Schedule:

• 5.5 Days work
• 8.30am to 5.30pm, 8.30am to 12.30pm
• Salary: $3500 - $4000

Responsibilities:

• Maintain workplace safety and health (WSH) standards and ensure compliance.
• Develop and execute WSH plans and policies effectively.
• Assess tools, equipment, and processes for safety and compliance.
• Encourage employee participation and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Identify workplace hazards and implement appropriate risk mitigation measures.
• Investigate workplace incidents and enforce corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Environmental, Health, and Safety or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in the WSH field, ideally in the construction sector.
• WSQ Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
