Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

1. Make recommendations to implement reasonably practicable measures to remedy the unsafe condition or unsafe work practice.
2. Assist WSHO to maintain & update the SHMS.
3. Assist in the development and review of RA & SWP.
4. Assist WSHO for EHS promotion and training to all workers & colleagues for greater awareness & culture.
5. Assist in conducting regular Toolbox meetings with an emphasis on safety aspects.
6. Maintain all safety documentation and records on site.
7. Conduct in-house training.
8. Assist in investigation, handling, reporting, and liaising with relevant parties for accidents or EHS non-compliance.
9. Conduct daily WSH inspections to ensure total compliance with MOM regulations and recommend preventive measures.
10. Enforce all safety legislation and in-house safety rules and regulations.
11. Perform any other duties as assigned by management and the designated manager.

Requirements:

1. Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health.
2. Building Construction Safety Supervisors Certificate.
3. Minimum 3 years of working experience in the Construction Industry (preferably in bored piling work).
4. Advance Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health (WSH Level B) / Diploma specialized in Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
5. Advantage if able to communicate with Mandarin-speaking workers.

Additional Information:

1. Strong project experience in LTA/MRT/RAIL project is an added advantage.

5. Expected salary: $2,500 - $4,000 per month.
