Assist/Support QEHS Manager to administer and support Quality, Environment Health & Safety activities/program as follows:
Implementation, facilitation, follow up and maintenance of Quality Environmental Health, Safety management systems of the company and HQ initiatives.
Maintain documentation management system, audits support and administrative activities (filing, records) in SharePoint or other platforms as required.
Support internal and external audit/ inspection activities and the establishment of awareness, behaviour and performance monitoring on QEHS.
Support, conduct/review of QEHS matters on site.
Support in review & training matters.
Assist and support operations on QEHS matters.
Involve in post-incident (EHS) and Quality issues investigations, support and review action plans with operations/action plan owner.
Assist in preparation and execution of QEHS/Customer Audits and to follow up on findings and improvements.
Regular activities:
Experience/knowledge in Quality, Environment, Health & Safety Documentation, risk analysis & continual improvement.
Able to communicate/conduct regular Inspection/audits participation and preparation to the operation team.
Assist QEHS managers on activities as assigned.
Requirements
Candidates with 2 or more years related working experience, knowledge in Chemistry and Metal casting or Operation Processes.
Well versed in Microsoft Office tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint).
With a positive attitude in handling tasks as assigned.
Knowledge on QEHS or integrated management systems or certifications, Quality/safety/health and continuous improvement.
Risk Management Certified (Optional).
Internal auditor trained on ISO9001 and/or 14001 and/or 45001.
WSH Certified/ Diploma in Workplace Safety & Health (preferably).
Ability to prioritise, work to tight deadlines, both prescribed and self-imposed.
Ability to establish and maintain communication at all levels.
