Business Function: Corporate and Investment Banking provides corporate customers with a full range of commercial banking products and services, including cash management services, current accounts, time deposits, trade finance, working capital finance, term loans, and foreign exchange. Responsibilities:

1. Creation, maintenance, and running sensitivities on detailed financial models in Excel for transactions.
2. Preparation of credit applications for transactions and assistance in the internal credit process.
3. Assisting in the review of loan documentation and discussions internally with the legal/corporate credit group as required.
4. Assisting the team in pitching for transactions with preparation of pitch books, presentation materials, term sheets, mandate letters, non-disclosure agreements, etc.
5. Assisting the team in due diligence activities including selection of independent consultants, preparation of scope of work, appointment, and review of due diligence reports.
6. Assisting in originating and executing Financial Advisory mandates.
7. Supporting activities in preparing industry reviews in geographies and client expansion initiatives through identification of key participants.
8. Pro-active monitoring and management of the portfolio.
9. Ongoing review of the market and tracking regulatory activities in key markets.

Requirements:

1. Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 4-6 years of relevant working experience.
2. Experience in structured finance transactions; experience in project finance and investment banking would be an advantage.
3. Strong credit and financial analytical skills, experience in industry research.
4. Strong Excel skills and aptitude for number crunching; experience in developing detailed cash flow models.
