The Talent

• Program Planning: Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Collaborate with stakeholders to define program requirements and establish clear goals and success criteria.
• Program Execution: Lead program execution, ensuring adherence to program plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate activities across multiple projects, workstreams, and stakeholders to drive program milestones and deliverables.
• Program Pitching: Execute business development activities through lapsed clients. Build and maintain business relationships with all clients (lapsed and new clients obtained). Prepare tenders through RFI/RFP/RFQ for both government and commercial clients.

Requirements:

• Candidates with prior working experience in the RPO/MSP industry will have an advantage.
