The Scope:

A Room Attendant is responsible for the immaculate upkeep and cleanliness of guest rooms and guest corridors, presenting a clean and welcoming environment. He/she will always provide sufficient supplies in every guest room and attend to guest requests.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain clean and neat pantry/trolleys/work area.
  2. Able to prioritize daily job tasks.
  3. Ensure that guest rooms and check-out rooms are cleaned as per Housekeeping standards and room supplies are completely replenished.
  4. Maintain store pantry and service area after every shift daily.
  5. Ensure trash is cleared and disposed of at the designated area after every shift.
  6. Report any maintenance defects to the Housekeeping In-Charge.
  7. Communicate effectively and professionally with all staff & management.
  8. Comply with the Lost & Found policy of the Hotel.
