Revenue & Distribution Manager (Hospitality Industry)

Responsibilities

1. Work closely with Cross-Functional team to support the development of the function.
2. Develop and implement effective online distribution strategies to maximise revenue and occupancy for our hotel and resort clients.
3. Manage relationships with key online travel agencies (OTAs) and metasearch platforms to negotiate favourable contract terms and drive business.
4. Monitor and analyse performance data to identify opportunities for optimisation and make recommendations for improvement.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and revenue management, to ensure a cohesive and effective distribution approach.
6. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies to identify innovative ways to enhance our online distribution capabilities.
7. Provide training and support to hospitality clients to ensure they are maximising the potential of their online distribution channels.
8. Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

1. Bachelor or Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent.
2. At least 5 years of experience in revenue management, within the hospitality industry.
3. Strong understanding of the online travel ecosystem, including OTAs, metasearch platforms, and direct booking channels.
