Responsibilities:
- Manage on-site staff, including rostering, task delegation, and performance monitoring.
- Focus on driving product sales as the primary responsibility of this role, ensuring sales targets are met consistently.
- Drive sales strategies to meet weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Maintain booth standards, ensuring cleanliness and an engaging presentation.
- Prepare daily and weekly reports on sales and leads.
- Engage parents professionally while fostering a child-friendly environment.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree preferred (However, working experience will be prioritised)
- 2-3 years of experience in retail or sales, with a proven background in team management.
- Strong customer service and organisational skills.
- Familiarity with educational technology or working with children is a plus.
- Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) is an advantage.
- Able to work on weekends and travel to different parts of Singapore for events.
