️ Your Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations – Oversee stock, merchandising & inventory forecasting
• Drive sales excellence – Train staff on POS systems & customer service standards
• Team management – Create rosters & conduct pre-shift briefings
• Japanese client relations – Provide premium service to Japanese-speaking customers

Requirements:

• ✓ JLPT N2/N1 certification (is required to liaise with Japanese clients)
• ✓ 1+ year retail supervisory experience (F&B/supermarket background preferred)
• ✓ Knowledge of retail operations (stock/POS systems)
