Retail Supervisor / Manager (Sports Fashion)

Our Client is a Global Brand in Fashion Retail. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Retail Supervisor / Manager to be part of their Sales Team for ongoing transformation projects.

Duties of Retail Supervisor / Manager:

• Lead and motivate the retail team to achieve sales targets and company KPIs
• Oversee store operations, including inventory management and customer service standards
• Develop annual budgets and provide monthly sales forecasts
• Drive team performance by fostering a positive work culture and strong team spirit
• Analyze sales data, prepare reports, and provide strategic recommendations
• Identify growth opportunities to expand market share
• Collaborate with the merchandising team to maintain optimal stock levels
• Ensure premium shopping experiences, especially for VIP customers

Requirements:

• Diploma in any field
• Relevant 3 years of supervisory experience in the fashion retail industry
