Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, and leading a team of retail associates.

Responsibilities

1. Supervise and motivate retail staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
2. Manage inventory levels to ensure products are in stock and well-presented
3. Train, onboard, and schedule retail associates
4. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
5. Monitor store performance and suggest improvements to increase efficiency and profitability
6. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements

1. Previous experience in a retail supervisory role
2. Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
4. Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising techniques
5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
6. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications a plus
