Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service, achieve sales targets, and maintain a positive work environment.
Customer Service Excellence: Ensure a personalized and high-quality shopping experience for every customer, resolving any issues or complaints promptly.
Sales & Performance Management: Assist in driving sales goals, monitor individual and team performance, and actively contribute to sales initiatives and promotions.
Visual Merchandising: Oversee store presentation, ensuring it aligns with Lacoste’s brand guidelines, including product displays, store layout, and seasonal promotions.
Inventory & Stock Management: Manage inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure accurate stocktaking and organization.
Operational Support: Assist with daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash handling, staff scheduling, and maintaining store policies and procedures.
