Retail Store Manager (MNC, To work in Singapore)

Job Summary:

You are eligible to apply if you possess the following criteria:

• Diploma in Retail, Sales & Marketing or Business Administration

• At least 3 years of supervisory and leading experience in the Retail industry

• Manage a team of 10 staff

• Willing to commit to shifts

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for achieving customer satisfaction, sales, and profit targets for the store.

• Ensure strict compliance with all established SOPs and personnel policies by conducting routine supervision and follow-through.

• Formalize strategy and establish a business plan to optimize sales, margin, profits, and manage shrinkage.

• Involve in the analysis and forecast of market trends to assist the store in staying ahead of the competition.

• Ensure all merchandising, corporate strategies, and directives are implemented and executed with excellence to achieve operating effectiveness.

• Ensure each department manages their inventory levels and stock holding days without affecting product availability on the selling floor to optimize sales.

• Provide coaching and support to the team to develop a high-performance team.

• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
