Retail Store Manager ( Luxury Brand )
Job description
- Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
- Address customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and effective manner.
- Generate ideas to cultivate a loyal customer base.
Operational Duties:
- Manage day-to-day store functions and supervise retail staff.
- Ensure that store presentation aligns with the brand's image.
- Oversee staff grooming and appearance during working hours.
- Maintain inventory levels and notify management when stock is low.
- Prepare and manage shift schedules and duty rosters.
Sales and Marketing:
- Lead the team to achieve or surpass sales targets and KPIs.
- Review sales performance monthly, propose action plans, and report results to management.
- Collaborate with the team to plan and execute sales campaigns, marketing events, and promotions.
Leadership and Management:
- Cultivate a positive and supportive work culture within the team.
- Train and motivate retail associates to maintain high standards and uphold company values.
- Act as the main point of contact between the retail store and warehouse, ensuring smooth operations.
Additional Duties:
- Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for staff.
- Undertake any additional tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty sector.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer skills, with e-commerce experience as an advantage.
- Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (44 hours per week).
