To provide courteous and professional assistance to customers by offering information on merchandise unique selling points, features, and benefits.
To assist customers in their shopping needs, ensuring a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.
To offer up-to-date and accurate information regarding policies, procedures, services, and promotions.
To address customer queries and feedback in a timely and effective manner, adhering to Company Service Standards at all times.
To perform physical counts of merchandise inventory and promptly report any discrepancies, defective, broken, or markdown items to the Supervisor.
To manage merchandise replenishment, transfers, or returns efficiently.
To maintain an attractive and organised sales environment to enhance customer experience by conducting routine checks on merchandise displays, arrangement, fixtures, and sales area and ensure adherence to housekeeping standards.
To provide onboarding training to new hires: covering cashier duties, selling techniques, customer service best practices, inventory management procedures, and organisational rules and regulations.
To offer ongoing support, guidance, and coaching to new employees as they transit into their roles.
To execute other duties as required, including but not limited to requisitioning signage, gift-wrapping, following up on alterations, repairs, reservations, deliveries, etc.
Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by the supervisor/manager from time to time.
