Retail Sales Specialist

Job Overview:

As a Retail Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and in-depth knowledge of audio products, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions. You will drive sales and ensure customers have an engaging, high-quality shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement: Actively greet and engage customers, providing them with personalized advice on audio products, including headphones, speakers, home sound systems, and other audio equipment.
2. Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the latest audio technologies, products, and features, keeping up to date with product releases and trends.
3. Sales Performance: Achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), including upselling and cross-selling relevant products.
4. Demonstrations: Set up product demonstrations and provide customers with hands-on experiences to showcase the features and benefits of audio products.
5. Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, organizing, and maintaining store inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and product display.
6. Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries, provide after-sales support, and manage complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
7. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure a seamless sales process and a positive shopping environment.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in consumer electronics or audio equipment.
2. Strong interest in and passion for audio products and technologies.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
5. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
6. Basic knowledge of inventory systems and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
