Retail Sales Promoter (Mobile Phone)

Responsibilities:

1. Consistently meet monthly sales objectives.
2. Actively seek customer feedback, promote products, and identify new business prospects.
3. Plan and manage events such as roadshows and in-store promotions.
4. Enhance product offerings in retail outlets by effective categorization and merchandising.
5. Ensure the upkeep of marketing materials, promotional items, store displays, point-of-sale elements, and signage in stores.
6. Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
7. Perform various other tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year of experience in the retail industry.
2. Driven by sales, proactive, and able to perform well in a fast-paced setting.
3. Exhibit strong creativity and imaginative thinking.
4. A team player with strong service orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
5. Capable of working independently and within a team environment.
6. Available to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
