Retail Sales Executive- { Jewellery/ Fashion }

Position title: Sales Executive (Retail Sales)

Location: Serangoon

Working Days: 6 days a week (Must be able to work on weekends)

Working hours: 11am to 9pm

Salary: $3,100 basic + Comm

Job Scope

• Understand and be able to explain to customers the range of Jewelry the company has to offer.
• Promote the various products, services, and schemes to customers.
• Attend to customers and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets.
• Ensure merchandise and displays are consistently well presented and displayed.
• Manage and maintain the overall positive image of the showroom.

Position title: Fashion Advisor

Location: Joo Seng Rd, Uniplas Building (Office)

Working Location: Orchard / Dhoby Ghaut / Expo / Funan / Bugis

Working Days: 5 days, Monday - Sunday (rest rotated)

Working hours: 44 hours (Depending on Schedule)

Salary: Basic $1,800 - $2,500 (Gross up to $3,500)

The Retail Fashion Advisor is the customer service specialist of the store. You will take great care of our customers and are responsible for exceeding their expectations by listening to their needs, answering questions about products and services, finding products that meet their needs, and providing in-depth product information about the goods they are interested in. Achieving sales, delivering service, and operations excellence is essential.
