Retail Sales Executive (Jewellery, Changi Airport Terminals)

About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Retail Sales Executive to join our team at Valiram Group based in the Changi Airport Terminals (Departure hall). In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales of our luxury jewellery products across our stores in the airport terminals.

What you'll be doing

• Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients
• Assisting customers with product selection, answering queries, and completing sales transactions
• Maintaining high standards of store presentation and visual merchandising
• Achieving individual and team sales targets through proactive selling and product knowledge
• Participating in product training and brand workshops to enhance your expertise
• Collaborating with the wider retail team to contribute to the overall success of the business

What we're looking for

• At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing retail sales role, preferably in the luxury goods industry
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and a proven track record of hitting sales targets
• Strong product knowledge and the ability to demonstrate and recommend products to customers
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers from diverse backgrounds
• A professional, presentable, and approachable demeanour
• Fluency in English and additional language (preferred)
