- Retail sales role in boutique showroom, corporate account & VIP handling for customised luxury products
- Attend to walk-in customers in the retail boutique and handle dealers accounts
- Monitor and replenish inventory based on sales forecasts & stock movements
- Ensure accurate pricing display and visual merchandising presentation meets company standards to uphold brand image
- Process quotations, sales orders, and schedule goods deliveries to customers/project sites.
- Maintain customer databases and strengthen customer relationships
- CRM management and maintain good housekeeping of the retail boutique and goods store.
- Travel outdoors to liaise with distributors and vendors
- Diploma/Nitec in Retail Management, Sales & Marketing or any related discipline
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of retail sales experience in Luxury Branding and High-End Product environment
- Able to engage with ID companies, customers (walk-in, call-in) and comfortable handling admin paperwork, i.e., shipment and logistic documents
- Applicants should possess good communication skills and be customer service-oriented
- Able to commit to weekends
