Greet walk-in customers warmly, assess their needs, and recommend sanitary ware products (e.g., faucets, showers, basins, toilets) that align with their preferences and budget.
Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features, benefits, and unique selling points.
Close sales confidently and efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Promote ongoing promotions, bundles, and loyalty programs to maximize revenue.
Product Expertise
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company’s product range, technical specifications, and industry trends.
Educate customers on product care, warranties, and installation processes.
Sales Targets & Reporting
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Track customer feedback, and market trends, and report findings to Manager.
Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
Follow up post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and address concerns.
Store Operations
Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and visually appealing.
Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
Job Requirements:
Willing to work on weekends (with 2 rest days on weekdays).
At least a Diploma/Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
1–2 years of retail sales experience, preferably in sanitary ware, home improvement, or luxury goods. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in using SAP systems (optional) and basic MS Office tools.
