Job description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and capable retail sales consultant for a high-end furniture retailer. This is a multifaceted role that combines sales expertise, product knowledge, and customer service. Weekend and PH working is a must. Here are the key tasks and responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement and Design Proposals:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Understand the product range and assess customer needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Develop leads through sending and responding to WhatsApp, Facebook, and Instagram messages.

2. Sales Performance:

  • Achieve or exceed sales targets and quotas.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

3. Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of all products, including materials, features, and benefits.
  • Stay updated on new product launches and trends.
  • Communicate product information effectively to customers.

4. Store Presentation:

  • Ensure the showroom is visually appealing and well-organized.
  • Arrange and replenish product displays to maintain a high standard of presentation.

5. Customer Service:

  • Handle customer enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally.
  • Provide after-sales support, including follow-ups and addressing any post-purchase issues.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

6. Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer databases.
  • Timely update the company CRM system.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the stockroom for product availability.

7. Team Collaboration:

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve overall store goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Share best practices and contribute to a positive team environment.

A successful sales consultant in this niche market should have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
