Sales Consultant (Clienteling Focus)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and service-driven Sales Consultant with a strong focus on clienteling to join our team. This role requires a proactive approach to building and maintaining lasting client relationships, providing personalized shopping experiences, and driving customer loyalty. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for luxury retail, strong interpersonal skills, and a strategic mindset to cultivate a loyal customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients through personalized service, follow-ups, and tailored recommendations.
  • Sales & Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer experiences by understanding clients’ preferences, anticipating their needs, and offering curated product selections.
  • Clienteling Strategy Execution: Utilize CRM tools and clienteling techniques to track customer preferences, purchase history, and special occasions to enhance engagement.
  • Proactive Outreach: Regularly reach out to clients with updates on new collections, exclusive products, and private shopping opportunities.
  • Customer Service Excellence: Handle client inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring a seamless and memorable shopping experience.
  • Sales Performance: Achieve individual and store sales targets through a consultative approach, upselling, and cross-selling.
  • In-Store Experience & Brand Representation: Maintain a luxurious and welcoming store environment that aligns with brand standards.
  • Marketing & Events: Participate in exclusive client events, VIP appointments, and promotional initiatives to enhance brand loyalty.
  • Market & Product Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, product offerings, and competitors to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues and management to implement best practices in clienteling and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury retail, fashion, or a similar high-end customer service role.
  • Proven track record in clienteling, with the ability to build and maintain a strong client network.
  • Passion for fashion, craftsmanship, and luxury products.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a warm and engaging personality.
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Tech-savvy with basic computer skills, including familiarity with CRM tools.
  • A proactive and results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while maintaining high service standards.
