We are a 15-year Singapore-based jewellery brand looking for driven, motivated, and positive salespeople to join our team. A happy team leads to happy customers. We have a total of 6 retail stores in Singapore and are looking for new sales associates.
Responsibilities:
Provide excellent customer service & assistance to guests
Be dynamic & proactive in meeting sales targets
Attend to guests' enquiries
Provide customers with advice and guidance on product selection
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising changes & displays
Meet & follow store’s SOP standards
Able to work independently & with teams to follow up on instructions shared by supervisors
Requirements:
1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
Experience in retail and fashion/accessories or jewellery category is a plus
Someone who is meticulous, has high moral and work ethics, and takes pride in their work
Skills in Cashiering, Logistics, Inventory Management, Customer Service, housekeeping, after-sales service, and stock taking

Basic Pay ($2100-$2300)
Monthly Store Target commissions
Participation in individual commissions based on a percentage of sales ($500-900 on non-peak months, up to $2000+ during peak months)

Part-time Role:
Hourly salary + commission for every sale (same as our FT team's individual commissions)
