Retail Sales Associate Roles and Responsibilities

• Understanding customers and potential buyers and keeping in touch with them.
• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional service to enhance the shopping experience.
• Coordinating events and activities for promotion.
• Keeping up with the latest trends in the industry.
• Generating leads, getting their information, and retaining them.
• Going to marketing and promotional events to connect with customers.
• Keeping track of customer feedback and reporting to managers.
• Getting leads by using different sales and marketing techniques.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our products, promotions, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle returns/exchanges following store policies.
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and maintaining the organization of the sales floor.

• Previous retail or customer service experience.
