Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to promote and sell health and wellness products, working towards exceeding sales targets.
• Provide personalized customer service by answering inquiries and offering expert advice.
• Stay updated with the latest product offerings, supplements, and health trends to effectively assist customers.
• Assist in creating and maintaining attractive product displays.
• Manage stock levels, participate in regular stock checks, and ensure product availability.
• Help maintain the store's cleanliness and organization, ensuring an inviting shopping environment.
• Build customer relationships by promoting loyalty through consistent engagement and product recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve store goals, share knowledge, and provide a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of related working experience in the retail industry.
• Candidates with experience selling health and wellness or beauty-related products will be ideal, but not a must.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
• Sales-oriented with proven results and a strong desire to achieve sales targets.
