WALAH, a local Lifestyle Retail Brand, is looking for hardworking and passionate shop assistants. Please find below job requirements:

• Open for both full-time and part-time hiring
• Performing shop opening and closing
• Receiving, processing, and organizing incoming goods/deliveries
• Restocking depleted or low-stock items on shelves, and ensuring all products are organized according to guidelines
• Performing cashier responsibilities via shop's POS system, and conducting regular price audits to correct any price discrepancies
• Keeping the store clean and tidy by performing daily cleaning duties
• Assisting customers in locating desired items
• Addressing and resolving customer questions/complaints in a professional manner
• Collecting customer feedback and sharing it with the management team
• Having sufficient knowledge of items sold in store to provide recommendations when needed
• Supporting other retail outlets’ daily operations when needed
