Retail Sales Assistant

Responsibilities:

• Achieving and maintaining sales KPIs
• Attending to customers' enquiries on products
• Recommending products based on customer preferences and needs
• Opening and closing the store
• Tracking and managing inventory at the store
• Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations and performing regular checks to maintain store cleanliness and hygiene standards
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays
• Proficient in MS Office software and POS systems
• Service-oriented and passionate about going the extra mile for customers
• Honest, disciplined, and friendly disposition
• Good team player with a positive working attitude
• Retail sales experience preferred
• Basic salary + Personal Sales Commission
