Position : Retail Operations Manager

Location : Changi Airport

Job Summary:

Responsible for achieving sales targets, managing staff and overseeing store operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead teams, develop sales strategies and focus on maximizing profitability.
• Oversee and coordinate daily retail operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators for continuous improvements.
• Develop, implement and update operational policies and procedures to enhance productivity, safety and customer service satisfaction.
• Liaise with HODs to optimise inventory management, merchandising and sales strategies.
• Manage and lead a diverse team of retail staff, providing guidance and support.
• Implement training programs to enhance staff skills and product knowledge.

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a Retail Operations Manager or in a similar managerial role
• Ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of retail operations and a proven track record of successful management in in a retail setting.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Knowledge of inventory management, supply chain and logistics.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic retail environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, retail management or a related field
• Proactive and results-driven with a focus on continuous improvement.
