Are you passionate about travel and customer service? We're looking for enthusiastic individuals to become a part of our team at Changi Recommends, where you’ll help travelers make the most of their Singapore experience.
Location: Changi Airport
Salary: $2600 - $2900 (Not including Commissions, Service Incentive, Bonus)
Duration: Perm
Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm*
*(Will be tasked to cover the counter and asked to work counter hours)
Key Job Responsibilities:
Front-Facing (80%) – Customer Engagement & Sales
Promote Changi Recommends products and services, including SIM cards, WiFi routers, and tour packages
Provide expert recommendations on Singapore attractions, prepaid SIM cards, and travel/airline ticketing (experience in these areas is a plus!)
Perform baggage wrapping services
Approach and assist customers with a friendly, sales-driven attitude
Ensure accurate stock inventory and arrange replenishments when necessary
Support meet-and-greet services and assist with bookings, reservations, or transport arrangements
Backend (20%) – Operations & Reporting
Manage costing, budgeting, and cost control
Prepare and finalize financial and data reports
Monitor and communicate KPIs, margins, and revenue targets to the team
Identify areas for business improvement and recommend solutions
Proficient in Excel, MS Word, databases, and Doric system
Resolve customer queries promptly and ensure customer satisfaction
Handle administrative tasks, operations reporting, and other ad hoc duties
