Implement global defined retail processes to APAC Region
Our Client is an Italian luxury fashion brand, known for its high-quality, handcrafted sneakers that feature a deliberately distressed, vintage look.
The Job
Implement global defined retail processes, including cross border harmonization and optimization
Support Retail Manager to improve operations standards and to increase consistency across all the stores
Organize and promote in-store trade marketing initiatives and events
Manage facilities and Store maintenance (contracts etc.)
Responsible for logistic operations regarding all new stores' opening and renovation
Manage purchasing of all suppliers including packaging for the stores
Manage Stores vendors and contracts
Work closely with IT on all system implementations, upgrades and etc.
Standardize and implement Operating Procedure and Policy
Review the Monthly store expenditures identifying areas of opportunity by store
Manage inventory movement across stores and distribution center, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of mark-downs, transfers and POS transactions
Being self-motivated as a team member and do considerable thinking to better support retail team by improving operation tools and SOP accordingly (Uniform Management, Commission & Incentives collecting and daily operations)
Support the implementation of Retail Excellence and continuously explore new areas of improvement (Mystery Shopper/Customer Service/Consumer Experience)
Support on co-creation (handcraft) on shoes/bags/RTW in specific stores
Other ad hoc task assigned by line manager
The Talent
At least 5 years well-traced working experience in retail operation field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Particularly in Excel & PowerPoint)
Good command in written & spoken English, Mandarin (CET 6 above/ IEIS 7 pts above) cause need to communicate with TW/HK Region
