Retail Operation Executive (Project Management)

Responsible for managing daily construction operations from planning to completion, coordinating multiple projects, and ensuring goals are met on time and within budget, requiring expertise in retail space planning and design.

Adecco partners with one of the leading watchmakers and timepiece brands known for their innovative technology. They are currently seeking a Retail Operations Executive to join their team. This is an opportunity to be a part of a dynamic, diverse, and highly regarded team work environment.

The Job:

• Oversee all regional projects and budgeting.
• Plan, execute, and monitor projects within budget and timelines, collaborating with designers and contractors to ensure brand compliance.
• Liaise with stakeholders for point-of-sale constructions, review technical drawings for quality execution and implement best practices for efficiency.
• Manage project challenges, vendor adherence to requirements, and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct quality control checks, provide improvement suggestions, and maintain accurate project documentation and records.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and develop timelines.
• Track expenses and project status, maintaining communication with contractors and suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Manage on-site activities, coordinate subcontractors, and resolve operational challenges.
• Provide weekly updates on ongoing projects and travel as needed for inspections and store handovers.

The Talent:

• At least 5 years of experience in the luxury retail sector
• Exceptional presentation, communication, and interpersonal abilities
• Skilled in content curation and development, with a solid understanding of project management
• Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism and integrity while safeguarding company confidentiality
• Willingness to travel as necessary
• Calm, self-sufficient, and resourceful team player
• Possesses a positive attitude and is goal-oriented
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
