This role will be partner with expert teams to lead the development of marketing communications and seasonal campaigns for Channel programs in a retail environment. This position requires a self-motivated multitasker with strong project management skills who will:
Elevate the creative; be innovative in supporting the ideation, sell-in and production processes, enabling great ideas to thrive.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to produce impactful marketing materials.
Drive pre-production alignment, collate the asset production plan, ensuring the plans align to deadlines.
Implement marketing strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive engagement.
Plan and implement marketing campaigns and programs to increase customer loyalty and drive repeat purchases.
Map out customer journeys and develop marketing touchpoints to nurture relationships throughout the customer lifecycle.
Manage Visual Merchandising according to regional guidelines and marketing plans.
Design and visualize support brand marketing activities.
Provide advice and direction to affiliate teams on matters relating to the retail environment.
Adapt 2D and 3D visual artwork.
Work closely with the team on store planning design and layout creation process.
Proactively anticipate challenges and smooth the path of project execution.
Fluent in English.
Minimum Diploma in Marketing Communications/Retail Design/Visual Merchandising or equivalent experience in Retail Marketing or Assistant Producer.
Proven 1-2 years of experience in marketing or luxury retail design, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-Up, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Adobe Creative Suite.
Proficient in presentation software such as PowerPoint, Keynote.
A team player with minimal supervision and has an eye for detail, versatile with a willing to learn attitude.
Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines on multiple projects.
