Retail Manager / Restaurant Manager

Job Scope:

Retail Manager

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening, closing, and managing staff schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize shrinkage.
• Drive sales by implementing promotional strategies and meeting revenue targets.
• Train and supervise store staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
• Analyze sales reports and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.

Restaurant Manager

• Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff scheduling and front/back-of-house coordination.
• Ensure food quality, safety, and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Supervise and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain operational efficiency.
• Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost controls, and profitability.
• Address customer concerns and resolve issues to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
