Retail Executive

4-Day Work Week: 8am-8pm / 9.30am-9.30pm / 10.30am-10.30pm (3 weekdays + 1 weekend - Fix Schedule)

5-Day Work Week: 1.30pm-10.30pm (4 weekdays + 1 weekend - Fix Schedule)

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing day-to-day operations, inventory management, visual merchandising, and ensuring the store is well-stocked
• Maintain the general cleanliness of the store
• Cashier duties which include processing payments, exchanges, and returns
• Weekly stock-take/stock replenishment and transfer
• Ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained, addressing customer complaints or issues

Requirements:

• Experience in fashion/retail industry or related field/skills preferred
• Flexible to rotate between outlets
• Strong verbal communication skills for effectively communicating with customers
• Able to start work immediately
• 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
• Working rights required for this role
