Retail Executive

Job Description & Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Indoor retail sales & promotion of both aquarium & pets products
• Increase overall retail sales volume through excellent customer service and assistance to walk-in customers
• Handle sales inquiries, customer complaints, and feedback
• Manage retail farm tour groups and ensure tour services meet set expectations
• Oversee daily operations of the retail shop as well as the café
• Provide outdoor maintenance services to customers
• Maintain in-house display fish tanks
• In charge of e-commerce platforms
• Perform cashiering duties
• Conduct monthly stock takes
• Product merchandising
• Other ad-hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Diploma in retail management or sales & marketing
• 3 - 5 years of retail experience
• Class 3 license preferred

Working Hours/Days:

• 6 days work
• 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM
• Off day scheduled on weekdays
