Job DescriptionLeading the performance of retail division including sales productivity, stock, client experience, client relationship management, customer service, staff training and development. Oversee and drive the successful implementation of the retail strategy in all distribution channels. Deliver the highest level of customer service to clients. Drive business growth, implement strategies and achieve the commercial objectives.
- Regularly provide market information, analyze business trends, results, strategic advice and propose short, mid and long term plans.
- Review and optimize brand management together with the Brand team.
- Ensure right brand image for all retail POS, assortment and location.
- Participate in Business plan, statistics, budget and LE processes.
- Determine sales turnover in accordance with the Group retail strategy and develop sales strategies for the market.
- Ensure sales, sell-in, sell-out objectives are maximized at all times.
- Build and maintain good relationships with key real estate/landlords and project negotiations.
- Maintain a close partnership with Brand, CRM and provide constant support to retail boutiques, including building a high-value client base.
- Define strategy for recruitment and retention of VVIPs, deliver values of the brands to all clients and improve client experiences.
- Lead market studies, analysis and understanding of general market conditions, market trends, consumer behaviour, competitive information across market in charge.
- Identify profitable growth opportunities and enable formulation of strategies for existing and new businesses/markets.
- Responsible for researching and pursuing new business leads for the growth of the business.
- Manage the team effectively.
Qualifications- Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Business Administration/Retail Management or a related field.
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in Luxury retail or related industries.
- Proven track record in driving sales growth and managing high-performance teams in the retail industry.
- Good understanding of the Southeast Asia markets and consumer behaviour.
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to lead and influence internal and external stakeholders to successfully drive peers to meet business objectives.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills with strong business acumen.
- Possesses an analytical mindset, outstanding leadership skills, and a strong focus on achieving results.
