Retail Associate (Retail Shift) / Retail MNC

Our client is a leader in the Retail MNC. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Retail Associate to join their team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Islandwide.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Address customer inquiries or complaints and provide professional feedback.

2. Deliver exceptional customer service to clients.

3. Aim to achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the overall store sales objectives.

4. Ensure that visual and merchandise displays are maintained in accordance with corporate guidelines.

5. Assist the Store Manager/Supervisor in preparing retail reports.

6. Participate in inventory management tasks.

7. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2 years relevant experience in retail sales.

2. Sales driven.

3. Good Customer Service.

4. Good Communication Skills.
