Job Summary:

We're seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team at our trendy Tiong Bahru store. As a Retail Store Crew member, you'll play a key role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining high store standards, and contributing to a positive and welcoming shopping environment. This is a perfect role for highly motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a passion for retail who are looking for a fun, people-oriented role with excellent career prospects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Actively engage with customers, understand their needs, and provide prompt and professional assistance. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively, contributing to a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales Support: Contribute to achieving monthly sales targets by providing excellent sales support, assisting customers with inquiries and purchases, and promoting products effectively.
  • Product Handling & Quality Control: Maintain high product quality standards. Regularly check product expiry dates and quality, ensure sufficient stock levels, report defects promptly, and manage trial/sample packs effectively.
  • Store Maintenance & Visual Merchandising: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment. Adhere to KKV's merchandising standards and assist with general store maintenance tasks.
  • Loss Prevention: Support loss prevention efforts by being vigilant and reporting any suspicious activity.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 'O' Levels / ITE or equivalent. Prior retail experience is preferred but not essential – we’re happy to train the right candidate!
  • Excellent customer service skills and a positive, friendly demeanor.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills – you love interacting with people!
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to work a rotating retail schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Proficient in basic computer operations (e.g., POS system / Microsoft Office).
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR) only. We are unable to sponsor work visas at this time.
