About the role
5 Days work week, including PH and Weekend
10:30am - 10:00pm (with 2 hours break) / 8 Hour Shifts
What you'll be doing
Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, addressing their queries and helping them find the products they need.
Accurately processing sales transactions, handling cash, and maintaining a neat and organised checkout area.
Assisting with merchandising tasks, such as stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and maintaining store presentation standards.
Monitoring and replenishing stock levels, collaborating with the team to ensure product availability.
Supporting store operations by completing administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting.
Fostering a positive and customer-centric work environment, contributing to team success.
What we're looking for
Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, with a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work collaboratively in a team.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy, particularly when handling cash and inventory.
Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
A positive, friendly, and energetic attitude, with a genuine passion for the retail industry.
