About the role

5 days work week, including PH and Weekend
10:30am - 10:00pm (with 2 hours break)

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, addressing their queries and helping them find the products they need
  • Accurately processing sales transactions, handling cash, and maintaining a neat and organised checkout area
  • Assisting with merchandising tasks, such as stocking shelves, rotating inventory, and maintaining store presentation standards
  • Monitoring and replenishing stock levels, collaborating with the team to ensure product availability
  • Supporting store operations by completing administrative tasks, such as data entry and reporting
  • Fostering a positive and customer-centric work environment, contributing to team success

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, with a demonstrated ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers and work collaboratively in a team
  • Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy, particularly when handling cash and inventory
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work various shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • A positive, friendly, and energetic attitude, with a genuine passion for the retail industry
