About Us:

We are a growing retail business with seven retail shops, including a creative tufting studio. Our stores offer a unique shopping experience, and we take pride in providing excellent customer service and high-quality products. We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Assistants to join our team!

Job Summary:

As a Retail Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store operations, and achieving sales targets. This role requires shift work, and we offer a competitive basic salary plus commission for your performance.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Service & Sales:
   • Provide excellent customer service and assist customers in finding products.
   • Drive sales and promote products to achieve individual and store targets.
   • Process transactions accurately at the cashier counter.
2. Store Operations:
   • Maintain store cleanliness and merchandise displays.
   • Assist in stock replenishment and inventory management.
   • Handle customer inquiries and feedback professionally.
3. Shift Work & Teamwork:
   • Work on a rotating shift schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
   • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements:

• Qualifications:
  • Minimum Secondary School / N-Level / O-Level qualification.
  • Retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for sales and customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Other Requirements:
  • Must be comfortable working shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
