Job description

Elemen established in 2015 as a vegetarian dining concept focused on a contemporary interpretation of natural and meatless cuisine, elemen has been dedicated to nourish and build the well-being of diners with our wholesome meatless recipes with the use of natural and high-quality ingredients.

Responsibilities:

  1. Overseeing daily operations, including staff management, customer service, and inventory control.
  2. Create and maintain a positive work environment, fostering teamwork and employee morale.
  3. Conduct regular staff meetings to communicate updates, address concerns, and solicit feedback from team members.
  4. Assist in recruiting, hiring, and training new restaurant staff, ensuring they are properly onboarded and aligned with the restaurant's values and standards.
  5. Assist in creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and efficiency in restaurant operations.
  6. Act as a liaison between front-of-house and back-of-house staff to facilitate smooth communication and workflow.
  7. Supervise and train restaurant staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and maintain high service standards.
  8. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Assist in the implementation of new technology or systems to improve restaurant operations and guest experience.
  10. Assist in developing and implementing strategies to increase restaurant sales and profitability.
  11. Assist in developing and executing marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.
  12. Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, inventory management, and financial reporting.
  13. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation of the restaurant.
  14. Assist in scheduling staff shifts and managing payroll to optimize labor costs and ensure adequate coverage.
  15. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary restaurant environment.
  16. Conduct regular inspections of the restaurant premises to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with cleanliness standards.
  17. Develop and execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities.
  18. Assist in budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue targets.
