Job description

Restaurant Manager Positions

Salary: $4000 to $5000

Roles & Responsibilities:

  1. Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring a positive outlet image.
  2. Coordinate front and back of the house operations for smooth delivery of services.
  3. Train and coach new and current staff on customer service best practices.
  4. Manage staff training, schedules, and work performance.
  5. Organize and supervise shifts.
  6. Respond promptly to customer complaints and suggest solutions to resolve them.
  7. Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations.
  8. Control operations costs and identify measures to cut wastage.
  9. Maintain market awareness and develop new and innovative processes for more efficient restaurant operations.
  10. Prepare reports.
  11. Analyze and forecast sales figures to maximize profits.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  1. Diploma in Hospitality, Retail Management, or related field.
  2. Proven work experience as Restaurant Manager or Hospitality Manager.
  3. Strong leadership skills.
  4. Excellent communication skills.
  5. Financial Management skills.
  6. Customer service oriented.
  7. Mandarin and English speaking is a must.
  8. Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with the ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and staff.
  9. Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste.
  10. Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
