We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing staff, and driving profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures
Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance management
Ensure high standards of customer service and satisfaction
Maintain inventory and manage ordering of supplies
Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, sales reports, and cost control
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
Strong leadership and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work 6 days a week
Knowledge of restaurant management software is a plus
