Restaurant Manager

Job Scope:

1. To be overall responsible for the coffee shop operation aspects including general maintenance, work area cleanliness and safety.
2. Finding new tenants and meeting KPI.
3. Ensure licenses are always valid.
4. Reviewing staff performance.
5. Manage team schedules to the needs of the business.
6. Serve as a role model for company values and standards.
7. Need to be onsite to ensure operations are moving smoothly.
8. Training and briefing staff on workplace safety and certain job scopes.
9. Responsible for all outlet sales reports and updates.
10. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management to review.

Job Requirements:

1. Need to have at least 5 years of experience working in a managerial position.
2. Able to work on weekend shifts.
3. Resilient with the ability to perform under pressure; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Willingness to learn and adapt.
5. Have integrity and be reliable to handle issues.
